Privacy Policy
FixChunian connects residents of Chunian City with local service providers. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information we collect

| Service providers | Name, profile photo, bio, service category, working hours, address and map location of your work area, availability, and reviews received. |
| Providers who apply for verification | A photo of your CNIC and a screenshot of the verification fee payment. These are used only to check your identity and payment. |
We do not collect your contacts, SMS messages, or your live background location.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To show providers to customers, and to deliver booking requests and status updates.
- To send notifications about bookings.
- To verify providers and show a verified badge.
- To show an anonymous activity feed (for example, "a new electrician joined"). It never shows names or phone numbers.
- To prevent misuse and fix problems.
What other people can see
Provider profiles (name, photo, category, bio, working hours, area, rating) are visible to customers. When you create or receive a booking, the other party can see the contact details needed to complete the job, such as a phone number. Reviews are shown without the reviewer's name. Your CNIC and payment screenshot are visible only to FixChunian administrators.
Services we rely on
We use Google Firebase for phone sign-in (Firebase Authentication) and push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Their handling of data is described in Google's Privacy Policy. Maps use OpenStreetMap. Images you upload are stored on our own server. We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party ads.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers we control and sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to identity documents is limited to administrators. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data as described on the account deletion page.
Your choices
- Edit your profile details in the app at any time.
- Turn off notifications in your phone settings.
- Delete your account and data.
- Ask for a copy of your data or a correction by emailing us.
Children
FixChunian is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
