Delete your FixChunian account
You can delete your account and your data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Open the FixChunian app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when asked.
This works for both customer and provider accounts.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot open the app, email support@fixchunian.com with the subject Delete my FixChunian account. Send it with the phone number registered to the account so we can confirm it is yours. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account and phone number
- Your profile: name, photo, bio, address, map location, working hours
- CNIC photo and payment screenshot (providers)
- Your device notification token
- Your service requests and booking history
What may be kept
- Reviews you wrote may remain without your name or any link to you, so provider ratings stay accurate.
- Anonymous activity-feed entries contain no personal information and may remain.
- Limited records we must keep to prevent fraud or meet legal duties, for up to 90 days, then removed.
